‘Rage’ Vet Morello Sides With Occupy

Not much of a surprise here, as he’s the model of consistency (and his passion is impossible to criticise):  Tom Morello was among the first signers of the recently launched Occupy Musicians website, a resource for musicians who support the Occupy Wall Street movement and its affiliated protests.

Lou Reed is also among the signers of the website, as well as Laurie Anderson, Talib Kweli, Saul Williams, Jello Biafra, Amanda Palmer and Ian MacKaye and Guy Picciotto of Fugazi.

“We, the undersigned musicians and all who will join us, support Occupy Wall Street and the Occupy Movement around the world,” reads an introduction statements at the Occupy Musicians site, Occupymusicians.com.
