Will There Be A Kinks Reunion Next Year?
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Dave Davies said: “We have so much great music that goes back so many years. We both want to do something next year.”
“It would be a shame if Ray and I didn’t do something next year,” Dave Davies continues. “I’m prepared to talk. If Ray’s got some great ideas, let me hear them. I have my own ideas about how it should be presented. But I don’t want it to be a Ray Davies show where he lets his little brother stand in the corner, which he likes to do. It has to be done properly and respectfully.”
Former Veil Of Maya Frontman Brandon Butler, Stay F—ing Metal
Butler says in his post:
As most of you know by now I am no longer in Veil of Maya. This decision was one of the toughest ones I have ever made in my life. The journey I have had traveling the world and playing for people who want to hear music I helped create is impossible to describe in words. The last 7 years of my life have been one wild ride and there is nothing I would take back about it. It was a dream of mine to make an impact with my words, even if in just a few lives. I will NEVER stop being passionate for music and writing as it is a massive part of my life. I feel as if I was on the verge of writing some of my best lyrics yet with the VOM guys and wish I could have showed you all. Marc, Sam, and Danny are currently working extremely hard on some amazing stuff that I know you guys will enjoy. They have a strong vision for how this album should sound and personally and creatively I had a different view from theirs which caused a wedge between us in this last year.
I spent 7 years of my life hanging out with those guys grinding it out on the road and will always love them like brothers regardless of how it ended. It was an adventure with tons of ups and downs. Thank you so much to everyone who was a part of my time with veil. You changed my life for the better! The biggest thing I will miss is sharing experiences and stories with my friends around the world. Thank you for everything you have given me. VOM has the best fans ever! It was an absolute honor sharing the stage with you all and I’ll miss it. Stay f—ing metal \m/
Ozzy Says Black Sabbath Is Going To Do One More Album
In a new interview with Metal Hammer, Ozzy Osbourne talks about Black Sabbath’s “13” album. “The whole Sabbath experience this time around was great. We all made friends, we didn’t f— around, we all knew that we had a job to do, and we did it. It was a lot of fun. So we’re going to do one more album, and a final tour.”
“Once the dust settled after the last tour we started discussing the idea, because we were getting asked about it all the time. I said to Sharon, ‘What’s going on? Because if there’s no more Sabbath, I want to get on with my own thing again,’ and she came back and said, ‘Let me look into it.’ Three weeks later, I asked her about it again, and she said, ‘Oh, I still have to talk to so and so…’ and I said ‘Sharon, I ain’t f—ing 21 anymore, if we’re going to do I want to do it before I’m 70!’ Time isn’t on our side! So she made the call and came back and said, ‘Yeah, the record company wants another album.’ I believe Rick Rubin is going to do it with us again.”
Def Leppard Say New Music Will Be Out Next Year
Collen told Shor Bazaar FM91: “In February I went to Joe’s house and we got 12 songs started. We went back in May and got 15, so they’re really in good shape. We’ve still got more stuff to do on them, so that’ll be ready next year – and they’re very varied.
“You let other things influence you but you still retain your integrity and your sound. We feel we’ve done that. These songs are a cross section. Some are really heavy and very melodic, and some are just very different – but you can still tell it’s Def Leppard.
“We’re very excited about that and it will be out next year. We’ll be touring a lot more next year as well.”

“Still a lot of work to be done but amazing how much progress has been made. Kudos to the Government assistance!!! Could have never made it without their support.”
“We estimate to have power back on at Cabo Wabo by next week and will then start testing all equipment,” he continues. “Hoping to re-open soon along with airport and other businesses. Thank you to all of you that have sent good wishes. All of our staff is safe and we are working hard to assist on their needs. Peace.”
We Are The In Crowd Released “Manners” Video
Taylor Jardine said in a recent interview: “There’s been a lot of learning, a lot of growing up together. We still fight like children, but we lean on each other to overcome tough situations. This record has a lot to do with what we’ve learned – there are songs about us and who we want to be and how we want to be identified as people.”
