The Chicago Transit AuthorityĀ board voted Wednesday to approve a $1.3 billion contract for 846 rail cars ā representing about half of the CTA’s total fleet. (READ MORE HERE) These cars don’t look much different from the current rail cars from the 80’s. I’m also upset that my idea to add a Pizza Party car was completely ignored.
