Pearl Jam’s Blue Room Sessions To Be Released By Jack White’s Third Man

While performing at Bonnaroo last month, Pearl Jam did some recording at Jack White’s Third Man Records where White even jumped in for a guest appearance. White’s label Third Man will release the magic captured inside the Blue Room.

Expect to hear a great cover of Pink Floyd‘s “Interstellar Overdrive,” and of course, their own music including “Corduroy,” “Pendulum” and “Deep.” After taking a breather, the band played “Of the Earth” with White joining Mike McCready playing dueling guitar solos. Finishing out the set was performances of “Hard to Imagine” and “Let Me Sleep.”

This will be an amazing addition to White’s “The Vault” subscription series. The release will be packaged in black and gold split colored vinyl.

Meanwhile, Eddie Vedder also played a solo song, recorded in the Third Man Record booth, that will be part of the package. The Third Man “Vault Package #29″ also comes with a Pearl Jam @ TMR patch, a Pearl Jam @ TMR metal pin with a gold finish and a Pearl Jam Live at TMR hard cover photo book chronicling the band’s visit.

In order to get the Pearl Jam package, you need to be subscribed to Third Man Records’ The Vault which you can do by clicking here. NOTE: As of now, their website is down, we’ve sent them a heads up on that. Hope they get it fixed soon.

If you’re a member of Pearl Jam’s Ten Club, there is a coupon code available that will entitle you to a $15 discount on the package.

Check out Pearl Jam on the road while you still can including here at Wrigley Field on August 20th and August 22nd.
