Hurricane Harvey has devastated the Texas coastal area with heavy flooding in the country’s 4th largest city, Houston. A quarter of million people are without power in the area, people fleeing to the roofs of their homes, and many people rescued from the flood plan in Houston and Galveston. “It’s going to last four to five days,” Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner said late Saturday. “This is Day One,” he said.
