Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong rang in the New Year with an all-star show in the intimate setting of New York City’s Berlin club. Armstrong was joined by members of the Replacements, the E. Street Band, the Hold Stready, and Blondie all joined through out the night for classic punk covers. And man, I am jealous looking at these Instagram posts from the people lucky enough to see this in person.
Maybe we shouldn’t be too jealous of NYC, as Green Day gave us an intimate ‘press conference’ in the LOUNGE this past fall.
