Publix Sub has been named America’s #1 sandwich (according to THRILLIST) and rightfully so!

Unfortunately, lots of people right here in Chicago will never know the glory that is a Publix Sub because THERE ISN’T A PUBLIX IN THIS ENTIRE STATE!!!  Trust me, I have looked.

My love for The Sub has been well documented…

So… I love them a LOT.  Should we start a petition to bring Publix to Chicagoland?!
