Kit Kat is the most popular candy in Illinois, according to Candystore.com, a bulk candy distributor. Sour Patch Kids and Snickers are #2 and #3, respectively. Not sure how Sour Patch Kids continue to perform as well as they do in Illinois, especially when Reese’s Cups aren’t in the top 3.
