The Blackhawks have fired three-time Stanley Cup winning coach Joel Quenneville.
General manager Stan Bowman announced that they are releasing Coach Q and assistants Kevin Dineen and Ulf Samuelsson today and appointed Jeremy Colliton the new coach. The Hawks were of to a 6-6-3 start and missed the playoffs last season.
No matter what the reasons is/was … Coach Q brought us THREE Stanley Cups and it will hurt me to see him go.
