Former Iowa Department of Human Services Director Jerry Foxhoven may be regarded as the biggest Tupac fan as he has sent his coworkers an accumulated 350 pages worth of emails regarding Tupac throughout his career.

Jerry Foxhoven’s past co-workers have reported that Jerry would share Tupac lyrics on holidays and even brought in Tupac-themed cookies for his 65th birthday saying “Thug Life” on them.

He was asked to step down the workday after he sent an agency-wide email to all 4,300 employees with song lyrics from the late rapper Tupac Shakur.

A Human Resources specialist said that his Tupac obsession wasn’t the reason he was forced to resign but they won’t explain otherwise.

In a final statement, Jerry Foxhoven’s former employee said, “Tupac was a controversial figure, and I appreciated that Jerry didn’t let that deter him from spreading the positive messages in his lyrics. I truly don’t believe the Tupac thing had anything to do with Jerry’s departure.”
