She submitted a maintenance requests then, and has since sent several more requests and emails to the management company, 33Realty.

When last week\’s soaring temperatures appeared to make her dog sick, Schwind made an emergency vet visit and checked into a \”dog-friendly bed-and-breakfast.\”

She also submitted her 6th maintenance request then, and someone was finally sent to fix the AC the next day. The company has refused to reimburse her for the veterinary and hotel costs, but offered to pro-rate her rent for the days she was unable to live there.
