Coldplay could be putting out a surprise new album next month according to a report by NME. The English alt band has been out of the spotlight for a while now, and it looks they are coming out of the studio with some fresh music following the well-received album ‘A Head Full of Dreams in 2015. It also looks like this potential new collection of songs will be more “experimental” with more “mainstream” LP to come out in 2020.

“The first album is the more experimental side of Coldplay, they probably won’t tour until 2020 when the next one arrives,” the source said in the Daily Star. 

It’s worth noting that the band has not officially teased any new music just yet.
