The time has come. Friday, November 15, marks opening day for the new, world’s largest Starbucks. The former Crate and Barrel location now mark the home of world domination for the Pacific Northwest coffee company.
For some, this marks a new hangout spot and a new place to get that screenplay finished. For others, they now have a new place to stand in line, only for their orders to get messed up. For most of us, however, we’re just glad that all of the tourists will be rallied around one spot in the city because we all know that this is the biggest tourist trap to hit Chicago since The Bean touched down a decade ago.
