One of the funnier shows of the last 20 years is coming back as Reno 911 is set for a reboot on a new streaming service called Quibi. The series originally ran on Comedy Central from 2003 to 2009, and got a movie. Spoofing dysfunctional Nevada police officers in a faux documentary style with a lot of ridiculous criminals and wild gags.
Consequence of Sound is reporting that Robert Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney-Silver, and Thomas Lennon are on board for the revival with Comedy Central producing. You can stream all of the classic episodes on their site here.
