The long rumored and reported reunion of the mega-sitcom is going to be filmed as a one-time special for the upcoming streaming service HBO MAX who will also be the spot to get your binge on for the classic NBC comedy that ran from 1994 to 2004 with monster success, years in reruns to follow on TBS, and generations of new fans discovering the show through on-demand streaming. it’s worth noting this special will be unscripted and will not see the show reviving the characters.
The central cast members Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, Courtney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow are all set for the special with a reported hefty price tag of 3-4 million each according to Deadline.
