A month ago in Houston, two men raced to see who was faster. The results of this race have been in question ever since, which led to a situation outside of a Houston barbershop over the weekend in which one of the combatants opened fire on the other. Surveillance footage from a nearby liquor store shows the gunman shooting at his rival from behind a car.

It still isn’t clear whether the shooter was the race’s disputed winner or loser, with neither the victims nor the shooter having been identified as of Sunday.
