According to a Household Pulse Survey, of the largest 15 metro areas in the U.S., Seattle “wins” for being the most stressed out. Now, how do cities become this way? Participants marked down how often they felt “nervous, anxious, or ‘on edge.'” Chicago comes in at number 7, which is probably nothing to brag about, but these stats are intended to help policymakers see the impacts of the pandemic across the country and how communities are rebounding from them.
