Chicago is working at the office more than any other major city. Per NBC 5, for the first time since the pandemic hit during March 2020, 50% of all Chicago workers are back doing their job from an office. Pre-pandemic, occupancy percentages were more than 90 percent before dropping to rates in the teens in the first year of the pandemic. They now sit around 41%.
