A college student who was born in Washington but now goes to school in Montana fell victim to the isolationist ways of Montana. After returning to her car in a lightly-trafficked area of Helena, she found a note on her car that read, “Go back to WA [Washington] you f*cking scum, you are not welcome here!”
She is not the only one to receive comments like this, as some residents are now targeting cars with out-of-state plates.
