If you go to blockbuster.com, you’re greeted with a message that reads “we are working on rewinding your movie.”
Netflix, who helped ensure the death of Blockbuster, has helped the brand fall back into favor with a sitcom based around the final physical Blockbuster. A documentary streaming on the service garnered critical acclaim.
