Dropkick Murphys have been bleeding Boston red for decades now, so who better…excuse me BETTAH to play an empty Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox with a special remote guest cameo from the Boss, Bruce Springsteen. You can watch the entire show here which is just spectacle as the boys take up the whole diamond with the  drums set up on second base. It’s quite the visual thrill to see 73,000 plus watching the show live at one point. It was really charming as well to see ‘SNL’ alum Rachel Dratch jump in with some comedy during a break between songs.

The Murphs were the first to jump into the special streaming shows during quarantine when they converted their annual hometown show into a streaming event for charity and this memorable gig is no different with the Boston Resiliency Fund, Habitat for Humanity, and Feeding America all tied in.
