Try not to think about this as you’re boarding your plane for your summer getaway. Things got unruly on an American Airlines flight that was headed from Dallas-Fort Worth to Charlotte last week. A woman on board the plane tried to open a door mid-flight. After she was thwarted, American Airlines kept her duct taped to a chair, as this video shows.
“It was just kind of like chaos and no one knows what’s going on,” the videographer noted. The woman reportedly got aggressive, biting, spitting, and attacking flight attendants, which is what ultimately prompted the crew to “take her down” and duct tape her mouth.
