My Chemical Romance told us that vampires will never hurt you, and that is certainly true in Chicago. According to a new survey from our friends at Lawn Love, Chicago is one of the most paranormal-friendly cities in America. They looked at categories including sightings, haunted locations, lifestyle, and community.

In the survey, Chicago was second in the number of paranormal conventions and vampire-friendliness, third in the number of paranormal sightings, and eighth in the number of haunted sites.

According to this system, Chicago placed behind Los Angeles and New York, and directly ahead of San Diego and New Orleans.
