Days after Buca di Beppo abruptly shuttered a number of locations across the country, the company has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. According to the court documents filed just before midnight on August 4, 2024, the Orlando-based company currently holds $0 to $50,000 in assets and owes at least $15 million – $50 million to at least 30 creditors.
The Orland Park location on South 94 Avenue will be one of the many casualties across the nation. There is no word on the Lombard location.
